Each stick is individually sealed to help protect freshness until serving. Sticks use the same Omega-3 fish oil formula as our Omega-3 spray. The two products only differ in how they are served. Each stick is premeasured at 5 mL, about 1 teaspoon. This fixed amount is best suited for dogs. It is less flexible for pets that need a smaller portion, such as a cat that may need about half that amount. For cats, our omega-3 spray is usually the better choice because it allows smaller, adjustable servings.
