What to put on a tag

A phone number matters more than a pet's name — anyone who finds your dog needs a way to reach you, not a way to call the dog. Two numbers are better than one. Many owners add "chipped" if the pet is microchipped. Keep the text short so the engraving stays legible at tag size.
