How To Shop Online

Placing an Order

Once you have added all items to your shopping bag, you may then select the shopping bag in the upper right hand corner to review your order. Here, you will have the opportunity to change quantities, or return to the product pages. Then you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Checking Out

  1. Sign in as an Existing Customer, create a New Customer account, or checkout as a Guest.
  2. Fill in your shipping details. You must provide a Canadian shipping destination. Proceed by clicking “Continue”.
  3. Select your preferred shipping method. Proceed by clicking “Continue”.
  4. Select your preferred packaging, and if a gift receipt is required. Proceed by clicking “Continue”.
  5. Enter your billing address, or select “Use my Shipping Address” if the addresses are the same. Proceed by clicking “Continue”.
  6. Fill in your payment details, and click “Verify Card”. To save your payment info for future orders, select “Save Payment Info”.
  7. To submit your order you must agree to the Terms & Conditions and click on “Place Order”. You may review your order details within the “Order Summary” view.
  8. Your order number and the email address to which your order confirmation was sent will then be displayed, along with your order details.
  9. If you initially opted to check out as a Guest user, you will then have the option to create an account and save your order details, or continue without creating an account.

Creating an online account is a breeze. As a registered user, you will benefit from the following features available to you:

  • Check your order status along with tracking details
  • View past orders
  • Save payments and shipping address

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order

After an order has been placed, we are unable to add additional items, or change the address the order is being shipped to. For further assistance, or to cancel your online order, please contact our Customer Care team at or at 1-844-448-0844. We start to process orders immediately so we may be unable to make any changes.

Products and Pricing

PAWMART is an authorized online distributor for all items sold on Some items may be unavailable or have a limitation on the quantity you may purchase. This will be displayed in the quantity dropdown on the product page, if applicable.
