Full Refund Policy

Return Shipping

• Free for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
• Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are the customer's shipping cost.

Notably

• Purchases made between December 15th and January 15th will have an extended return window of 15 days beyond the standard policy.
• All other conditions, such as the requirement for the item to be in its original condition with packaging and the need for a valid receipt, remain the same.
